Free shipping is offered on orders of $1,000 or more to Canadian and United States (continental) customers. All orders are shipped quickly and discreetly. If an item ordered is not in stock or is on back-order, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide a replacement or let you know when the item will be available.

To return a product, please call or email us.  We will give you a Product Return Number, which is required to process all Returns. Any Returns that are received without this number will be refused.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for product returns that are lost or damaged.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


All our products have a manufacturers warranty. The length of the Warranty varies by product. Please contact us for more information.
